How it works
An audio effect on your Windows output
The audio component registers on your selected output device inside the Windows audio engine. The app provides its controls without adding a virtual playback device.

Install
From installation to a listening check
The installer brings everything it needs, including the .NET runtime. Initial audio registration or an upgrade may require an audio restart; the app asks before restarting audio.
Download and run the installer
Download the versioned installer. Its size and SHA-256 are listed on the download page. Check the publisher before installation; the .NET runtime is bundled.
Pick your headphones
Choose your connected output in the left pane. Select a built-in preset or adjust the equalizer; model-specific measurement profiles are not included.
Click “Install engine”, then “Restart audio”
Follow the app’s registration and restart prompts. Sound will pause during an audio restart; Windows may also require a reboot. Play audio and confirm that processing becomes active before comparing.
Compare
Play music and switch between Enhanced and Original with Ctrl + Alt + A. Then try a preset or open the equalizer.
The Bluetooth transport driver is not included. This release is the desktop app and audio effects component. Do not disable Secure Boot or audio protection to use a public release. Compatibility on standard Windows configurations is still being verified.

Questions people ask before installing
What does this app change?
The equalizer changes frequency balance; effects can adjust bass, clarity, stereo presentation and dynamics. Results depend on your headphones, settings and listening preferences. The app does not change the codecs supplied by Windows or your Bluetooth driver.
Does it work with every app and game?
Processing applies to supported Windows shared-mode playback when audio effects are enabled. Exclusive, RAW, hands-free and some protected playback paths can bypass it. Try your own player and headphones before purchasing.
Does this release add LDAC or replace my Bluetooth driver?
No. The release contains the app and audio effects component. Codec availability stays with your existing Windows Bluetooth stack; a new transport driver is not part of this offer.
Will it work with my headphones?
Use a connected Windows audio output and check your player during the trial before buying. Hardware compatibility is still being verified. Presets, manual EQ and effects do not require a model correction profile; the measurement database is not bundled.
SmartScreen says “unknown publisher”. Is the installer safe?
Preview 0.2.4 is unsigned, so Windows cannot verify its publisher. The published SHA-256 identifies the download; it is not a security certification. If you require a verified publisher, wait for the signed release. Do not disable Secure Boot or audio protection.
Is there a trial? Can I get a refund?
